Destnly gives users control over their accounts and associated personal information. If you no longer wish to use Destnly, you can request deletion of your account and associated data.
You can request deletion from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have access to the app. Both options are described below.
1. How to Delete Your Destnly Account
Option 1 — Delete Your Account From the Destnly App
You can request account deletion directly from within the Destnly application:

Option 2 — Request Account Deletion Online
If you no longer have access to the Destnly application, you can request account deletion by contacting us at:

2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
Once the account deletion process is completed, Destnly will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements. This includes:
- User profile information.
- Name and profile details.
- Profile photographs and videos.
- Matches and connections.
- Messages and conversations, where applicable.
- Posts and other user-generated content.
- User preferences.
- Associated account information.
3. Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period where required or permitted by applicable law, including for:
- Legal and regulatory compliance.
- Fraud prevention.
- Security and abuse prevention.
- Dispute resolution.
- Enforcement of our Terms and policies.
- Compliance with lawful requests from authorities.
Where information is retained for these purposes, it will be retained only for the period reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose. See our Privacy Policy for more on data retention.
4. Account Deletion Is Permanent
Simply uninstalling or deleting the Destnly application from your device does not automatically delete your Destnly account. You must use one of the account-deletion methods described on this page.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Deleting your Destnly account does not necessarily cancel subscriptions or payments made through Google Play or another payment provider.
If you have an active subscription, you should cancel the subscription through the applicable payment provider before deleting your account.
