1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Destnly ("we", "us", "our", "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the website, mobile application, or any services offered by Destnly (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. Destnly reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About Destnly & Scope of Services

Destnly is a relationship and matchmaking platform that provides curated introductions, compatibility-based recommendations, and communication tools to help users connect.

• Does not guarantee matches, compatibility, marriage, or relationship success
• Acts solely as a facilitator, not a relationship broker or marriage guarantor
• May modify, add, or discontinue Services at its discretion

3. Eligibility Criteria

3.1 Age Requirement

• Be at least 18 years of age

3.2 Legal Capacity

• Be legally competent to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited under any applicable law from using the Services

3.3 Criminal Background

• You confirm that you have not been convicted of serious criminal offences
• Destnly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if misrepresentation is found

4. Account Registration & Verification

• Each user may maintain only one genuine account
• Information provided must be accurate, complete, and truthful
• Verification may be requested via third-party providers
• Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination

Verification checks are conducted on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee user conduct or intentions.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use Destnly only for genuine relationship or matchmaking purposes
• Exercise personal judgment and caution
• Take responsibility for all communications and meetings
• Update profile information when inaccurate

6. Prohibited Activities

• Posting false, abusive, obscene, hateful, or illegal content
• Harassment, threats, stalking, or exploitation
• Unauthorized sharing of contact details
• Spam, advertising, or commercial use
• Impersonation, bots, scrapers, or malware

Community Safety

8. User-Generated Content & Community Safety

Destnly includes social and community features where users may create, upload, and interact with content, including posts, questions, polls, photographs, videos, comments, and other user-generated content.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the content they create, upload, publish, or share through Destnly. Content must comply with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.

Content We Do Not Allow

• Harassment, threats, intimidation, bullying, or stalking
• Hate speech or content promoting discrimination or violence
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Content that sexually exploits or endangers minors
• Impersonation, fraudulent identities, or misleading content
• Scams, spam, phishing, fraud, or deceptive activity
• Illegal content or content promoting unlawful activity
• Infringement of another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
• Malicious code, harmful links, or attempts to compromise the Platform or another user's account
• Content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law

ReportUsers can report inappropriate users, posts, comments, or other content through available reporting tools.

BlockUsers can block other users to prevent unwanted interactions.

ModerateDestnly may review reports and take appropriate action when content or behaviour violates our policies.

EnforceWe may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts where appropriate.

Moderation & Removal

Destnly may use user reports, automated tools, manual review, or a combination of these methods to help identify and address content or behaviour that may violate our policies. We may remove, restrict, or disable access to content when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Platform, or our legal rights.

Safety Concerns

If you encounter content or behaviour that you believe is abusive, dangerous, unlawful, or otherwise violates these Terms, please use the available reporting tools or contact support@destnly.com.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

All platform content belongs exclusively to Destnly. By uploading content, you grant Destnly a worldwide, royalty-free license for platform operations and promotion.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Destnly may use anonymized data for service improvement or disclose information when legally required.

10. Safety & Risk Disclaimer

Users acknowledge inherent risks in online and offline interactions and accept full responsibility for their actions and decisions.

11. Subscriptions, Payments & Renewals

• Paid services may auto-renew
• Cancellation must be done via account or app store
• Deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law

12. Termination

Destnly may suspend or terminate accounts at any time and retain data for legal compliance.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties, including match success or relationship outcomes.

14. Limitation of Liability

Destnly is not liable for emotional distress, financial loss, physical harm, disputes, or user misconduct to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Destnly from claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

17. Miscellaneous

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement
• Invalid provisions do not affect enforceability
