🛡 Zero Tolerance for CSAE/CSAM

Destnly ("we", "our", "us") is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

1. Age Requirement

Destnly is intended only for users aged 18 years and above. We do not allow minors to use the platform.

If we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, we take appropriate action, including restricting access and removing the account.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Destnly strictly prohibits any content or behavior that involves, promotes, depicts, or facilitates CSAE/CSAM, including but not limited to:

Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
Sextortion, trafficking, or coercion involving minors
Any sexual content involving minors or content that sexualizes minors

3. Reporting and User Feedback

Users can report safety concerns directly within the app using the Report feature. Reports are reviewed and may result in action against the reported account or content.

Users are encouraged to report any suspicious profiles, especially suspected underage users.

4. Enforcement Actions

When we detect or receive reports involving CSAE/CSAM, we may take actions including:

Removing content
Suspending or permanently banning accounts
Preventing re-registration where possible
Preserving relevant information as required for investigation

5. Addressing CSAM and Legal Compliance

We take steps to combat CSAM and comply with applicable child safety laws. Where required, we may report suspected CSAE/CSAM to relevant regional or national authorities.
