Destnly is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users. Destnly is a dating and social networking platform intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above.

Destnly has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, exploitation, or any activity that places a child at risk.

1. Adults-Only Platform

Destnly is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

• Users must provide accurate age information during registration.
• Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to create or maintain a Destnly account.
• Destnly does not knowingly target or market its dating or social services to children.
• If we identify or reasonably believe that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may suspend or terminate the account.
• Additional information or verification may be requested when necessary to confirm a user's age.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Destnly strictly prohibits any content or behavior involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children, including:

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Sexualization of minors.
• Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.
• Sexual solicitation or communication involving minors.
• Requesting, uploading, sharing, or distributing sexual images or content involving minors.
• Sextortion or threats involving minors.
• Facilitating trafficking, exploitation, or abuse of children.
• Any other activity that places a child at risk.

Any content or activity that violates these standards may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination. Where required by applicable law, serious violations may also be reported to appropriate authorities.

3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report suspected child-safety violations directly through the Destnly application using the available reporting functionality.

4. Content Review and Moderation

Destnly uses a combination of automated systems, user reports, and human review processes to identify and address prohibited content and behavior. Enforcement actions may include:

• Removal of violating content.
• Restriction of account functionality.
• Temporary account suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Preservation of relevant information where legally required.
• Reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law.

5. User-Generated Content

Destnly allows users to create profiles and interact with other users through features such as profiles, messages, posts, media, and other social features.

Users are responsible for the content they upload, share, or communicate through Destnly.

Content that violates our Terms, Community Guidelines, or Child Safety Standards may be removed and the associated account may be restricted or terminated.

6. Cooperation With Authorities

Destnly cooperates with appropriate law-enforcement and child-protection authorities when legally required or when necessary to address serious child-safety concerns.

Where required by applicable law, Destnly may preserve relevant information and provide it to competent authorities.
