2. Profile Photos & Basic Face Detection
Destnly allows users to upload a profile photograph as part of their dating profile. We may use basic face detection on an uploaded profile photograph to determine whether a visible face is present and to help provide an appropriate profile-photo experience.
Destnly's basic face detection is used to improve the profile-photo experience. It is not used for facial recognition, facial identification, biometric identification, authentication, or face matching against another person or external database.
The uploaded photograph itself is part of the user's profile and may be displayed to other users in accordance with Destnly's functionality, profile visibility settings, and Terms of Use.
Basic face detection is not used for advertising or marketing profiling.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information collected from users for the following purposes:
- Sending promotional or marketing communications where permitted, with applicable opt-out options
- Receiving and investigating reports of inappropriate users or content
- Enforcing community guidelines, Terms of Use, and other policies

4. Sources of Information
We collect information directly from users when they create an account, complete their profile, upload photographs or videos, communicate with other users, create or join communities, create posts, questions or polls, report or block another user, or otherwise use Destnly.
Our servers may automatically collect information such as IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, pages visited, date/time stamps, click data, device information, application usage information, and technical information for analytics, functionality, security, and service improvement.
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance functionality and analyze usage. Mobile analytics tools may collect usage and diagnostic data in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy practices.
5. User Profiles, Matches & Shared Content
- Profile information may be visible to other Destnly users depending on privacy settings and Platform functionality.
- Photos and other profile content may be shown to matched or other appropriate users as part of the Platform's functionality.
- Users are responsible for content they voluntarily upload or share.
- Contact details are not intentionally made publicly visible to other users without the user's consent, except where required by law or necessary to provide a requested service.
- Users may report inappropriate users or content using reporting functionality available within the application.
- Users may block other users using blocking functionality available within the application.
6. Circle & User-Generated Content
Destnly includes community features such as Circle, where users may create and interact with user-generated content.
User-generated content may include:
- Text posts
- Questions
- Polls
- Photographs and videos
- Comments and other voluntarily submitted content
Users are responsible for the content they submit. Destnly may review, moderate, restrict, or remove content that violates our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
Users can report inappropriate content or users through the reporting functionality and can block other users through the blocking functionality. Destnly may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts where appropriate.
7. Payments & Transactions
- Payments are processed through applicable third-party payment gateways.
- Destnly does not store full payment-card details where payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.
- Limited billing and transaction information may be retained for transaction processing, accounting, fraud prevention, legal, or regulatory requirements.
- Third-party payment providers may process payment information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
8. Communications
We may contact you via email, SMS, push notifications, or in-app notifications for account verification, security alerts, service updates, transactions, support, or other service-related purposes.
Service-related communications may be necessary for the operation and security of your account. Where permitted, we may also send promotional or marketing communications, with applicable opt-out options.
10. Data Retention & Security

Account & Profile Deletion
When a user deletes their Destnly profile or account:
- The account deletion process is initiated.
- The user's profile is removed from active use.
- Associated profile information and profile photographs are scheduled for deletion.
- User-generated content associated with the account is also scheduled for deletion, subject to applicable legal or security requirements.
- Personal information associated with the deleted profile is deleted within 30 days, subject to information that may need to be retained where required by applicable law, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory requirements.
During the deletion period, a deleted profile is not intended to remain available as an active user profile.
Security
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. User Safety, Reporting & Blocking
Destnly is committed to maintaining a safe environment for users.
- Users can report inappropriate users.
- Users can report inappropriate posts or other user-generated content.
- Users can report violations of our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
- Users can block other users to prevent unwanted interactions.
Destnly may review reports and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting functionality, suspending accounts, or terminating accounts.
12. Age Eligibility
Destnly is strictly for individuals aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 18 to use the Platform.
